This lovely 1940s plate is quite a rare piece, which I have had in my collection for years. It is perfect for display, decorating the table on a special event, or treating yourself to tea and biscuits at any time you would like!
It’s a lovely curved shape rectangle, with scalloped edges and the entire plate is covered with a gilt flower pattern. A woman in a fancy yellow dress stands at the centre, surrounded by trees and flowers.
Condition is very good. One very tiny chip on bottom right, which is not really noticeable. And some minor crazing on the back – see picture.
Measures approx 20 cm long, 15 cm wide and 3 cm high at edges.
All of my items are packed carefully and sent via courier with Sendle.
