Vintage Die-cast Metal Queen Wood-Burning Stove Pencil Sharpener

We have been lucky to come into a range of vintage metal die-cast pencil sharpeners, the majority made in Hong Kong around the 1970s. Part of a much-loved collection, this old fashioned wood burning Queen Stove, is delightful! It is one of my absolute favourites. It would be lovely on your writing desk – both as a display and as a working pencil sharpener. Also a great gift for someone who collects miniatures and would be a nice addition to a doll’s house, train set, or a book shelf.

There is a pencil sharpener on the side and the oven door opens to collect the shaving. I have tested and is working well. I adore the fact that the door opens! There are two hotplates on the top and a beautifully scrolled back plate and chimney, with flared legs.

Measures approx 7 cm long, 9 cm high at the top point.

Finish is appropriate for age.
